All our menus are designed and prepared by our proprietor chef, Graham Fairest. They can be served as a buffet or cocktail-style on platters throughout the event.

We would be delighted to design a personalized wine list from the current master list of over 150 wines. Our Wine Experts excel in creating unique wine lists that will honour your occasion.

We offer a selection of themed tutored tastings, where the focus is as much on entertainment as enlightenment (suitable for 4 to 45 persons).

We have a fine selection of lounge music but we will be happy to play any CDs you bring along.

We are privileged to operate a 24 hour, 7 day license (not applicable on Christmas Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Anzac Day).
We pride ourselves as responsible hosts. Water, a range of soft drinks, and food will be available at all times.
Please be aware that:
- alcohol will not be served to intoxicated persons;
- persons who appear to be under the age of 25 must have a valid form of I.D.*.
